Cecilia Paredes
Diana Lowenstein Fine Arts is exhibiting at PULSE-MIAMI at Booth B404.
One of the artists from the Gallery who caught my eye is Cecilia Paredes. She is from Lima, Peru and is a photographer who uses her body within the context of her artworks. As one with nature, Cecilia explains that she uses fabric to wrap her body or paints on herself to merge into the background. She does so in such clever and inconspicuous ways. The work is brilliant and such of a seasoned artist who thinks about leaving the viewer with an esoteric and haunting image. Once you take a look at her work, it cannot be “unseen”. Cecilia Paz
