This section has been designated to highlight the “Yuppies” of Miami who are extremely helpful in supporting worthwhile causes. Expressing compassion for others by donating in all kinds of ways is what I would like to recognize here. Often overlooked, there are those who donate their time, services and of course, money to benefit our city, even though they may not be millionaires and beyond. Although I respect everyone who donates large sums of money to causes in Miami, I feel that giving credit to those who are helping in smaller ways is also extremely important, as well. In giving, we all receive. This is my motto.
